Development of microalgae with high growth rate and high lipid contents using omics-based bio-information at diverse culture conditions, suitable for industrial uses.

  • Optimization of cultivation conditions through identification of adaptation factors at protein levels under stress conditions
  • Identification of transcription factors, growth factors, lipid metabolisms and synthetic pathways for useful bioactive substances
  • Development of tools for microalgal system biology via genomic/transcriptomic analysis, and optimization of microalgal transformation technologies.
